1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of BRT Bradenton Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

BRT Bradenton Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to written estimates and contracts that specify the scope of work, materials to be used, timeline, and pricing.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change after this period due to material cost fluctuations or other factors. Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and site conditions visible during the initial assessment. If hidden conditions are discovered during the project that require additional work, we will notify you and provide a revised estimate before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your written contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Accounts not paid in full within 30 days of completion may be subject to late fees and interest charges as permitted by law.

5. Project Timeline

We provide estimated start and completion dates for all projects. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any anticipated delays as soon as possible.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area, marking any underground utilities or irrigation systems, and removing any items that may interfere with the project. You must also obtain any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals before we begin work. If you fail to meet these responsibilities and it causes delays or additional costs, you may be charged accordingly.

7. Changes to Work Scope

If you request changes to the original scope of work after the contract is signed, we will provide a written change order with adjusted pricing and timeline. Work on changes will not begin until the change order is approved and signed by both parties.

8. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be included in your contract and typically cover defects in workmanship for a specified period. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, settling, freeze-thaw cycles, or other factors outside our control. To maintain your warranty, you must follow the maintenance instructions we provide.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry insurance to protect against property damage and injuries that may occur during our work, but you should verify that your own homeowner insurance is current.

10. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit, minus any costs already incurred for materials or permits. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. If we cannot resolve the matter informally, any disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and jurisdiction will be in Manatee County.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
